Advised energy client through investment in Georgia's deregulated natural gas market. Represented client before state public utility commisision and FERC related to interstate capacity assets. Lobbied the Georgia State Legislature for model legislation and subsequent regulation. Advised client on small scae EPC project that included an interstate pipeline and storage facility. 

Advised the West African Business Unit of an international oil & gas corporation on the construction of a gas plant and extensive oil field redevelopment project valued at more than $2.5B

Negotiated with the Department of Justice on behalf of the client to reduce the payout, terms and conditions of a $50M assessment in an enforcement action and subsequent Consent Decree.
